Since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods (items) & digital services we do not issue any refunds after the items has been download by you or service has been rendered from our end. No refund request can be accepted for such an instance.

Also if buyer found to have made a false refund claim or involved in any kind of act of breach with respect to our policies then all of the support, updates and benefits will cease to exist immediately and we reserve the right to revoke access, delete or suspend the user’s account on our website.
By purchasing a web or mobile applications(s), and/or an extension(s), and/or a module(s) or a software/ program from our website, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment, or legal actions.
Refunds are not processed in the following cases:
You don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it
The item did not meet your expectations or you feel the item is of low quality
You simply change your mind

You bought an item by mistake and downloaded it
You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item
Item is not customizable because you only have a Regular License. (You need to understand the difference between Licenses)
The payment gateways provided in the application does not operate in the country/area.
Extended Licenses are non-refundable given any reason for the refund claim.
